Josh's Appendectomy

Hey yall, Josh got his appendix removed on 1.26.09. A few days before he was having strong lower abdominal pain, so on Sunday night about 11:30 p.m we decided to go to the emergency room. Of course that is Houston's busy time of day for the ER. We were in there until 3:30 a.m until we finally got to see a doctor. So much for an emergency! There were people coming in after us who had heart attacks, or bullet wounds, etc. Ellie was wide awake the whole time and entertaining everyone while we waited. Me and Ellie decided to go home at 4 a.m to rest because Josh was getting the care he needed. At 2:00 Josh went into surgery and it really well. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers. He is recovering great, but just really really hungry because he hasn't had anything to eat for a long time!
